The handle includes a magnet that increases internal pressure.
One side is a grill surface and the other is a regular pan.
Cast aluminum construction helps retain heat for energy savings.
One side of the double pan can be used on all types of hobs including induction, while the other side can be used on all types of hobs except induction.
The two parts are detachable and the pan is easy to clean under running water or in a dishwasher.
